Edel Garvey lives and works in County Galway, along the Atlantic coast of the West of Ireland. Inspired by the landscape, tradition and sense of connection found there, her practice has grown, over more than eight years, around three intertwined disciplines: sound healing, Akashic work, and intuitive energy healing.

She is a certified practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and works with sound — Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, tuning forks and frame drum — alongside Akashic inquiry and intuitive energy healing, meeting each person with whatever combination the moment calls for.

Edel is associated with the Anam Cara Fellowship, a community devoted to ceremony, connection and Irish tradition, and holds regular group sessions — sound baths and Rose lineage workshop days — for small groups in County Galway, alongside private one-to-one sessions offered in person and remotely.

Auspicius is where that practice becomes teaching: the guides, courses and eventual certifications through which Edel shares the frameworks she has built her own work on, for people who want to go deeper on their own terms.
