Calm Within the Chaos

A self-paced toolkit of tapping, breath, grounding and sound for the days that feel like too much.

With Edel Garvey

A practical, self-paced toolkit for the ordinary overwhelm of a full life — not a single technique, but a small set of them, so you can reach for whichever fits the moment: a breath practice, a grounding practice, a short EFT tapping sequence, and a few minutes of guided sound and stillness.

Built to be used flexibly rather than followed in strict order. Some people work through it once, end to end; others keep it as a shelf of five-minute practices to return to whenever things feel scattered.

Who it’s for

  • Anyone whose days feel busier than their nervous system can keep up with
  • People who want a few reliable practices rather than one more thing to master

What you’ll learn

  • A simple EFT tapping sequence for in-the-moment overwhelm
  • Breath practices that help the body settle
  • A short grounding practice you can use anywhere
  • How to tell which practice fits which moment

Common Questions

I've never tried this kind of work before — is it right for me?

You don't need any prior experience or beliefs. Most people come with curiosity rather than certainty. Every programme and session on Auspicius is built so a complete beginner can start safely, and there's no obligation to believe anything in particular for the practices to be useful.

Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?

No. Nothing offered through Auspicius is medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and no outcome or cure is promised. These are educational and complementary practices. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please continue working with a qualified professional alongside anything you explore here.
