Empowering the Voice
A deeper, hybrid programme for reclaiming your voice as a source of personal power, not only sound.
With Edel Garvey

The furthest step on the voice pathway, for people who've done the earlier work and are ready to look at their voice more broadly — where it's been silenced, softened or held back, and what it means to use it fully, in sound and in daily life.
Run as a hybrid programme combining live sessions with in-person elements where possible; format and structure will be confirmed once scheduled.
Who it’s for
- People who've completed Singing Your Soul Song or an equivalent personal voice practice
- Anyone ready to connect voice work to how they show up and speak more widely in their life
What you’ll learn
- How patterns of self-silencing show up in the body and voice
- Practices for speaking and sounding from a grounded, embodied place
- How to carry a voice practice beyond the programme itself

Common Questions
I've never tried this kind of work before — is it right for me?
You don't need any prior experience or beliefs. Most people come with curiosity rather than certainty. Every programme and session on Auspicius is built so a complete beginner can start safely, and there's no obligation to believe anything in particular for the practices to be useful.
Do I need to be in Ireland to take part?
No. Self-paced programmes and guided audio are available anywhere. Live sessions and certain retreats are run remotely by video call where noted, and in person in County Galway, Ireland where noted on the relevant page.
Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?
No. Nothing offered through Auspicius is medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and no outcome or cure is promised. These are educational and complementary practices. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please continue working with a qualified professional alongside anything you explore here.
