Singing Your Soul Song
A small live-online group exploring your own voice as a means of authentic expression, not performance.
With Edel Garvey

A deeper, structured programme for people who've tried vocal sound work and want to go further — using the voice not just for toning and relaxation, but as a means of expressing something more personal. There's no audition, no performance and no 'right' way to sound.
Run as a small live-online group over four weeks, with recordings for anyone who misses a live session.

Common Questions
I've never tried this kind of work before — is it right for me?
You don't need any prior experience or beliefs. Most people come with curiosity rather than certainty. Every programme and session on Auspicius is built so a complete beginner can start safely, and there's no obligation to believe anything in particular for the practices to be useful.
Do I need to be in Ireland to take part?
No. Self-paced programmes and guided audio are available anywhere. Live sessions and certain retreats are run remotely by video call where noted, and in person in County Galway, Ireland where noted on the relevant page.
Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?
No. Nothing offered through Auspicius is medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and no outcome or cure is promised. These are educational and complementary practices. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please continue working with a qualified professional alongside anything you explore here.
