Solfeggio Healing

A focused, self-paced practice built around the Solfeggio tones — one of the specific frequency sets Edel works with.

With Edel Garvey

A more focused follow-on from Frequency Healing for Beginners, built entirely around the Solfeggio tones — a specific set of frequencies widely used in sound and energy work, each associated with a particular quality. Five guided audio sessions, one tone at a time.

No instruments or musical background required — each session uses voice and a simple tuned reference tone, with the practice built around what you notice in the body rather than any technical understanding of the tones themselves.

Kind words

I came to Edel after losing my mother. I didn't know what I needed — I just knew I needed something. The session was gentle, quiet and profound. I walked out feeling held in a way I hadn't felt in months.

Common Questions

I've never tried this kind of work before — is it right for me?

You don't need any prior experience or beliefs. Most people come with curiosity rather than certainty. Every programme and session on Auspicius is built so a complete beginner can start safely, and there's no obligation to believe anything in particular for the practices to be useful.

Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?

No. Nothing offered through Auspicius is medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and no outcome or cure is promised. These are educational and complementary practices.
